Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
On June 7, 2023, Christine LaBombard, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of PENN Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that she plans to retire in May 2024. Ms. LaBombard is expected to continue in her current role until the effective date of her retirement.
